Travel Recap: My Stay in Aruba

The view from our balcony. Ariba Aruba!  If you follow me on Instagram, you know I recently traveled to Aruba for a vacation. Obviously being the person that I am, I took tons of photos while I was there. I also received tons of questions from you all! So I’m going to do a little recap. Hotel.. If you’re looking for a hotel, our cab driver pointed out to us on the way to our resort that many of the hotels on Eagle beach are not located directly…

Motivation Monday!

In each stage of my life thus far, I’ve learned to take things less and less personal. First, it was in elementary school, I learned not to take it personal if someone didn’t want to be my friend. In high school, I learned not to take it personal, if a teacher or coach got upset with my class or team. Today, I continue to learn not to take it personal, if someone doesn’t want to collaborate with me or join my team at work. It’s a beautiful thing when you realize it’s not always about you. I don’t think I…

Motivation Monday!

It’s so important to live with purpose. Don’t get me wrong, it’s never easy to be excited for a Monday, but you have to give yourself something to look forward to. You should accept and enjoy the shitty parts of life (ie. work, school, Mondays) to truly enjoy all the fun events and memories that you get to make. It’s all in the Details X Fevrie

I recently fell in LOVE with this LWD (little white dress) by Fevrie. The embroidery and the long sleeves made this dress so different and special to me. Anyone can make a baby doll dress but this one is a classic that’s also on the next level. Lets take a look..  Dress: Fevrie | Bag: Ferragamo | Shoes: Dolce Vita It’s great to have a dress with long sleeves if you ask me, comfortable and functional. For summer nights, especially after a long day at the beach, I’m usually more comfortable with my arms less exposed. The details on the…

Just another Motivation Monday!

There is nothing easy about working hard. Even if you love what you’re doing, it’s still a lot of hard work, time, dedication and sacrifice. Personally, I’m someone who doesn’t function well without a decent nights sleep. This is why it’s so important for me to budget my time accordingly. From 5:30am-11pm I’m constantly going. It’s not an easy thing to do; I’m tired a lot and I get cranky towards the people I love the most. Balance and scheduling are very important for success. Make time for fun things to look forward too while you’re working hard and not…

Fashion Friday: Airport Style

Hi Everyone! I had a wonderful post set up for today, but it got deleted when all of my pictures for Wednesday also got deleted. So, in lieu of that post, and since I’m traveling, I’d thought I should share what to wear to the airport! Take a look..   Blazer: AQUA, similar | Shirt: Torn by Ronny Kobo, similar, similar | Leggings: Zara, similar | Shoes: Sam Edelman This definitely isn’t the most fashionable outfit I’ve even worn, but it was comfortable. My Aqua blazer is probably the most comfortable blazer I own and I think it dressed up…
