Blazer Addict

I legitimately live for blazers. I can always justify a blazer purchase and this recent purchase was no different. They instantly make any outfit look serious, like you mean business (and I mean what woman does not mean business?). Although I went with a more casual style with this blazer, it still has a stark seriousness to it. Lets take a look.. Blazer: BCBGeneration | Top: Aqua | Denim: J Brand | Shoes: Sam Edelman | Bag: Rebecca Minkoff | Necklace: Charming Charlie’s, similar  I love the jewel tones in this blazer, it’s perfect for any season. I also love…

The It-Coat

Much like an It-Girl, this coat has been seen everywhere this season and I totally see the style moving into spring. Unfortunately, I had such a hard time running into said It-Coat anywhere. So, being somewhat of a bargain hunter, when I saw this coat at H&M on sale it was a no brainer. Take a look.. Coat: H&M, similar | Blouse: H&M | Denim: Hudson | Shoes: Sam Edelman | Sunglasses: Kate Spade | Earrings: Charming Charlie’s | Bracelets: Hermes  I love a big comfortable coat, especially when it’s this stylish. I don’t always like taking my coat off right away when I…

Save it

This title is all about my new Sam Edelman shoes (that I really should have bought two pairs of). I’ve been trying to decided what style Aquazurra shoe that I want to invest in, when all of a sudden I came across these. I’m not one to buy a “knock off” but these were so perfect, comfortable and super on sale and mirrored the Aquazzura Belgravia look, so I had to (sue me). I think I’ll still definitely invest in a Aquazurra shoe, but this is a prime example of why you should always keep your eyes and options open.…

Fringe on Fringe

One of my favorite trends this fall is fringe. All fringe everything. I’m obsessing, sorry I have to control myself or I’m going to spend all my money on fringe outfits to just never wear again until the next time fringe is in. Pro tip: only buy a few trendy pieces each season. I get it’s hard sometimes not to go crazy in a trend you love, but let it go. You’re just wasting your money. (Hashtag lets be realistic) I digress, my point is just be smart with your style, sometimes more is too much. Let’s take a look at this…

Casual Wednesdays: Zippers

I love the little details on clothing. One of my favorite ways that designers make something that’s normally rather ordinary into an eye catching piece is when they add zippers. This week I’m going to show you one of my all time favorites. Take a look.    Sweater: old, similar here | Leggings: Zara, similar | Shoes: Michael Kors, similar | Scarf: Nordstrom, similar, similar   As the weather changes I love wearing sweaters and, dare I say, leggings. Ok I said it, but let me explain. I love a good heavy/thick pair of leggings. The ones I’m wearing here are from…
