An easy way to upgrade your style is to incorporate a western element. I’m not saying traditional cowboy boots, I’m talking belts! I truly appreciate the detail in any item that’s western inspired. This detail stems from the 19th century American west or frontier. This was a time of exploration, discovery, taking risks and a search for new opportunities. The fashion that came from this time has been modernized by some and replicated by others. Either way the cowboy style will push on in fashion for years to come. I have to say, one of my favorite parts about fashion is the history behind it.

What’s great about incorporating this ascetic into your wardrobe is that it can change the overall feel of any lack luster look. The double buckle belt is both rugged and tough. Try thinking about my outfit without the belt, you won’t find it as interesting. At least I wouldn’t. I also love adding a belt because well, anything to make my waist look smaller!

Really love that the double buckle mimics the Chanel logo, that’s usually more a Gucci thing, but it works here too!
