I’m starting this new series Westchester 101 for my local babes that are looking for great spots in Westchester! In this post, some spots are new and some have been around forever. Becuase I’ve always worked so much (not complaining) I’ve never been someone who does anything that’s not my personal version of productive. Things like brunch, workout classes, shopping, and self-care have been put on the back burner for a while over here! I talked about this more on my BLVD Westchester post. I also worked in retail for eight years, so the mall wasn’t a fun place for me to go on the weekends for some time.
Recently as you know one of my new year’s goals is to live a little. So, I thought it would be great to start getting out more in my area, Westchester County! Today I’m sharing a few places that are new to me that I absolutely love!
- Noblesse Spa – A hidden gem. I got the BEST massage there for $40 a few weekends ago. Lisa got all my knots out and at the end put some hot rocks on my back. Again, for forty-dollars, really such a steal for a killer massage!!
- Cafe Alaia – My new favorite Italian restaurant. The food is unreal, you have to try the eggplant soufflé. If you’re planning on going for dinner make a reservation, as it’s a small spot and they get busy!
- Lola’s – I live under a rock because I’m pretty sure Lola’s has been in Crestwood for over a year. I’ve only been in twice but I love the vibe. They have amazing accessories, and on-trend clothing at a great price point! The sales people are also helpful yet not overbearing. I hate when people follow me around!
- Dig Inn – Rye Ridge Shopping Center. Healthy food that’s good on the go. The Spicy Peruvian Potatoes are my Winter favorite! The entire space is also full of light, great for doing some work on your laptop.
I wish I had a fitness class recommendation but I don’t just yet! I’m going to work on finding some fun classes in the area and will keep you posted. Comment below if you have any favorites that I should check out! And let me know if you want to see more of these Westchester 101 posts!

Since I started blogging I’ve wanted to take photos in front of this house. I sound like a crazy person I know, but it’s such a different style for Westchester. I love all the columns. It’s so fun to find interesting places in my area to shoot. And I love sharing them with you!
PS. If you have a cute little house in Westchester there’s a good chance you’ll see me 8:00 a.m. on a Saturday morning with Amanda shooting! Haha!
As for my outfit, casual cool is my new go-to look for the weekends. I’ve talked about how I love pairing puffers and sweatshirts before, but I also love a good sweater sans coat as the weather gets a bit nicer. It took me a while to find plaid pants that fit me well, but I’m really loving the ones I’m wearing today. So much so I need to buy more! Comfortable pants that look polished are my absolute favorite!

Really love the sunglasses!! where did you get it? xx
This chunky sweater is a perfect choice for cold days. I like the high neck that can safe your neck from freezy winds. The cap and cat-eye sunnies make you look retro inspired. I also made a post on how to wear knitwear during cold season: http://wardrobefocus.com/knitwear-for-women-2018-winter-best-and-simple/
Hope you like too.
