Bloomingdale’s White Plains Denim Days Sale – Why To Shop In-Store

Post in collaboration with Bloomingdale’s  It’s the most wonderful time of the year! To buy new denim that is. Bloomingdale’s White Plains Denim Days Sale has been occurring bi-annually for as long as I can remember. I even purchased my first pair of designer jeans when I was 18 during their denim days sale! Today I’m sharing my top picks from my favorite brands including, 7 For All Mankind, DL 1961, and J Brand. I’m also going to breakdown why to shop in-store, vs online. I bet you can’t guess why I like shopping in-store better! Bloomingdale’s White Plains Denim Days…

Easing Into Fall Style and My #1 Pet Peeve

Working in fashion and running a fashion blog made it easy for this pet peeve to emerge. But, before I tell you my pet peeve, let’s see if you can guess. I’m going to backtrack a bit. Did you know I started working in retail when I was eighteen? I started in September and by the end of October, I swear it felt like Christmas/Holiday items and marketing already started popping up around the store. But if you’ve been in a store in October, I’m sure you already know that. I mean, the CVS by me already has Halloween candy out.…

Warm Tones with Saint Laurent

I’m loving warm colors this fall. Browns, nudes, camel and beige – they’re perfectly seasonal. I also think there’s something about warm tones that’s way more casual. Take a look.. Turtleneck: Gap | Fur Vest: 525 America | Skirt: All Saints | Shoes: Pour La Victoire | Bag: Chanel | Pearls: Bloomingdales …

Business Talk

I love a good high fashion business outfit, suitable for your next court appearance (hopefully as a lawyer and not a criminal) or corporate meeting. OK, so maybe these pants are a little on the fitted side for a super corporate meeting, but they’re totally chic. I digress. Let’s take a look.. Blazer: Aqua (Bloomingdales) | Bodysuit: American Apparel | Pants: H&M | Shoes: Christian Louboutin Fine, I mean this isn’t perfectly business, but I love this look. All black is always a go-to for me, so it’s always nice to add textures like the suede pants and leather lapels…
