Bringing Metallics into 2015

Happy New Year’s Eve everyone!! Something I’ll totally be brining into 2015 is metallics, it’s definitely become the more acceptable, less tacky sequins (at least by me that is). I saw this blazer in August and I knew I had to have it. Being somewhat of a bargain hunter, I couldn’t get my self to pay regular price ($198). So a few months later I was able to get it on sale (you’ll die at the price now, you can find it under the Shop My Look at the bottom). Anyway, my point being, I love this blazer and I…

Snow Bunny

Hi everyone! I have a confession to make: I think I’ve purchased more coats in the past three months than ever in my life. Was confessing that supposed to be therapeutic? Well it wasn’t. Anywho, I found another coat I love that I wanted to share with you. This week’s look is all about the coat, let’s take a look.. Coat: Glamorous | Sweater: Loft | Denim: Paige, similar | Shoes: Michael Kors | Bag Gucci I’ve never had a remotely light colored coat before so at first I wasn’t sure what I would wear with this. I pulled (dug) out…

Simply Camel

A camel coat is a staple for the Winter/Fall, especially in New York where it’s already so cold (at least for me). We shot this look a few weeks ago right before the first time it snowed (really slushed), and looking at them makes me miss the beautiful leaves that come and go so fast. This look all together is a staple in my book that you can wear anywhere. Lets take a look.. PHOTOGRAPHY: AMANDAELLE Coat: H&M, similar | Top: Forever 21 | Denim: J Brand | Scarf: Steve Madden | Hat: Burberry | Boots: Louise et Cie |…

Christmas Tree Harvesting Chic

Well maybe chic isn’t the right word, but you know what I mean. My initial take on Timberlands is that they should have been left in the 90s, but after seeing how these pictures came out my mind has changed. I love the rugged look it gives the outfit, it’s a ready to conquer anything style. And honestly, I probably would have broke my ankle without them, you know they plant Christmas Trees on mountains?! Well they did where I went. Ok, let me stop rambling so we can take a look at the outfit I put together for this…

Fashionably Embracing Winter

Winter is a beautiful time of year, I love looking(italic) at snow. I highly dislike the cold air, actually I can’t stand it. So I have to get creative on how to keep my outfit looking together, while staying as warm as possible. This Friday I went with a sweater dress and a fur vest. Let’s take a look..   Dress: H&M, similar | Vest: old, similar | Boots: Stewart Weitzman | Scarf: Charming Charlie’s | Bag: Rebecca Minkoff Warm, warm, warm. Fur vests faux or real are the perfect way to stay warm during the bitterly cold months. I paired my vest…

Converse Casual

It’s always nice to give your feet a rest, and for this, I love Converse. It’s a pair of shoes that almost everyone owns, making this look easy to recreate on your own. I paired my Converse sneakers with a chunky feminine cardigan,  because per usual, I love mixing masculine and feminine and also sporty and dressy styles together. Lets take a look..   Cardigan: old, similar | Denim: Guess, similar | Shoes: Converse | Tank: Splendid  Adding classic feminine accessories to a sporty outfit is everything. I love this look so much because it incorporates both the timeless styles…
