Top: Rails | Skirt: Oliviaceous | Books: Stuart Weitzman | Bag: Chanel | Bandana: From Amazon, similar below It’s not always easy to restyle and rewear stretch items (aka statement or trend items) that you’ve added to your wardrobe. Today I’m going to show you a trendy item, a fringe skirt, that I wore in a pre-fall post. Check out the original look here. Being that the weather is significantly colder, it makes it easier to come up with a way to restyle it. How I decided to rewear my fringe suede skirt… Suede on Suede is definitely a good…

Someone stop me from purchasing all the fringe EVERYTHING. I just can’t help myself sometimes. Fringe Forward

Spring ahead, Fall behind and fringe forward right into fall. It’s no question that fringe everything will be in for the next few seasons, so why not pick up some key pieces?! White Party

At least three rap songs come to mind when I think of an all white outfit (just your standard nutcase problem). So instead of talking about music that’s totally unrelated to my life, I’ll talk about what is: white themed parties! Which are definitely second in my mind to it’s less occurring, color wheel opposite, the black party. I digress. Blazer: H&M | Tank: Express | Trousers: Zara | Shoes: Schutz (Kija) The hardest outfits for…

Contagious Feeling

There’s something I love about warm colors paired with edgier items. It’s like nude pumps with studs – the feeling is contagious, the item itself tells more of a story. Personally, I love when an outfit inflicts an emotion, and for me this look does it. Let’s take a look… Fringe Tank: Zara | Denim: AG (old), similar | Booties: Dolce Vita | Bag: Marc Jacobs I love that this look is warm and neutral, and that the fringe tank is bright, fun and lively. You can make a subtle statement when you pair opposite trends. Here I’m showing something…

Sweater Weather

Chunky sweaters over sweaters are perfect for optimal warmth (aka my favorite thing ever). I’d say about half the time, even if you have the most gorgeous coat on, it destroys the out outfit. OK, maybe I’m exaggerating a little, it doesn’t destroy the outfit, but it hides it. And I dislike when that happens (I mean don’t we all?). So my point, sweaters keep you from having to wear a coat, probably until around December, which is great! Lets take a look at this weeks outfit.. Quarter Sleeve Sweater: Guess | Cowl Neck Sweater: Forever 21 | Leggings: Timing |…
