Fringe Benefits

Someone stop me from purchasing all the fringe EVERYTHING. I just can’t help myself sometimes. This is the first fall that fringe is really in so I think it’s smart to grab a few key pieces, like this skirt. Lets take a look.. P H O T O G R A P H Y: Amanda Elle Top: Forever 21 | Bralette: Miss Guided | Skirt: Olivaceous | Shoes: Dior | Bag: Chanel To me this is a perfect fall look. Mid length sleeves + skirt, open toe booties, I’m in LOVE with fall. That’s probable because I’m born in the fall…

Fainting because FALL

So maybe fainting is quite dramatic, but you all know me so you know that I’m being sooooo ridiculous over dealing with the fact that Summer is over. But like any Simone would do, I made the best of it by coming up with the chicest pre-fall look I could think of (and from what I had in my closet). Lets take a look.. Top: C/Meo | Skirt: SheIn | Shoes: Stuart Weitzman | Earrings: Mirina Collection To start off fall I went with some heavier (material wise) items in my closet. I loved this red midi skirt when I…

Blazer Addict

I legitimately live for blazers. I can always justify a blazer purchase and this recent purchase was no different. They instantly make any outfit look serious, like you mean business (and I mean what woman does not mean business?). Although I went with a more casual style with this blazer, it still has a stark seriousness to it. Lets take a look.. Blazer: BCBGeneration | Top: Aqua | Denim: J Brand | Shoes: Sam Edelman | Bag: Rebecca Minkoff | Necklace: Charming Charlie’s, similar  I love the jewel tones in this blazer, it’s perfect for any season. I also love…

Having fun with Valentines Day

What a strange holiday Valentines Day is. Being in a healthy relationship, it actually never meant to much to me. In fact, this year I’ll be in Miami without my Valentine. Personally, I see it as, if someone treats you great always and you always make time for each other, than Valentines day is just another day. I’m also obsessed with food and nothing bothers me more than reservations at a packed restaurant with a pre-set menu. How am I supposed to know what type of food or where I want to eat two weeks in advance?????? Anyway, what I…

Fashionably Embracing Winter

Winter is a beautiful time of year, I love looking(italic) at snow. I highly dislike the cold air, actually I can’t stand it. So I have to get creative on how to keep my outfit looking together, while staying as warm as possible. This Friday I went with a sweater dress and a fur vest. Let’s take a look..   Dress: H&M, similar | Vest: old, similar | Boots: Stewart Weitzman | Scarf: Charming Charlie’s | Bag: Rebecca Minkoff Warm, warm, warm. Fur vests faux or real are the perfect way to stay warm during the bitterly cold months. I paired my vest…

Casual Wednesday: Mustard Yellow

Wine shades of the world, beware. Mustard yellow is quickly becoming a fall staple that’s here to stay. As much as I love deep red tones in the Fall/Winter, I still find myself searching for other season appropriate colors. I love wearing this muddied yellow color as it’s bright and alive but clearly not something you pulled out of your Summer wardrobe. Let’s take a look.. Cardigan: Aqua, similar | Blouse: Loft | Denim: JBRAND | Booties: Steve Madden | Bag: Chloe, similar I wore this to my cousin’s 6th birthday party last weekend. As I’ve said before with these booties,…
