Stripes always stand out, (hence the name of today’s post, standout stripes !) they’re always the first thing I notice within an outfit I like. Whether they’re neutral, vibrant, thin, thick, vertical or horizontal, we can all add more stripes to our lives. They’re an easy way to make a somewhat boring or average outfit next level. I’m also loving the one side tuck lately – it changes it up!
Life update: So I know I told you all that I recently got a new job at DVF, so I wanted to keep you updated! I’m loving every second of it! My commute is about an hour (two subways in all, and yes I saw my first subway rat and did not scream, surprising I know LOL) and doesn’t bother me at all. I hope this is an inspiration to anyone that’s working at a job they dislike, that it is possible to find something you love. My blog, working two jobs and my persistence to want to work in fashion made my new endeavor possible. So keep at it you guys, I promise that light at the end of the tunnel that everyone talks about is REAL!!!!
