Westchester Magazine Food And Wine Festival: What To Try!

Recently I attended the Westchester Magazine Food & Wine Festival with the Journal News, @lohud. If you’ve been on the fence about going, it’s definitely worth it! I had so much fun. Today’s post is for my Westchester locals. I’m rounding up some new restaurants I’ll definitely be trying out and my favorite rosè’s and where to find them! Layout: The event takes place at Kensico Dam in Valhalla. There were two or three large tents set up and there were food and wine stations outlining the tents. The New In-Store Shop at Bed Bath & Beyond Mount Vernon

Post Sponsored by Bed Bath & Beyond I get so excited when I’m asked to share anything that has to do with Westchester County. So when I heard that Bed Bath & Beyond in Mount Vernon had a new in-store shop I couldn’t wait to check it out! As someone who’s into fashion and not afraid to order jeans or anything for that matter online, I’m always happier when I purchase interior items in-store. I can never judge size from measurements for tables, picture frames, pillows and well you know everything. Needless to say, I was really happy to head to…

First up, if you don’t follow me on Instagram, I judged the Empire City Casino Kentucky Derby hat contest! I judged alongside Habiba Alcindor and Greg T from…

Westchester Living: Food I Love – Flinders Lane Stamford

A few weeks ago I had dinner at Flinders Lane in Stamford, Connecticut. And my goddess the food was delicious! There was a band when we walked in and the restaurant’s overall vibe was very cozy. Today’s Westchester living post is focused on this new food that I love! I know how hard it is to find new restaurants in the Westchester County area, so if you like this post comment at the end. It’s easy to always go back to the same places, but I love being able to try new restaurants and share them with you. To give you a bit…

Rosemary Honey Spritz with Peony Vodka

Today I’ve teamed up with a Hudson Valley local vodka company, Peony Vodka. Let me tell you this stuff will get the party started! It has such a mild taste that I wanted to add more to the drink when I first tasted it. I’m so happy I didn’t because halfway through I was already feeling it. This stuff is potent! I also love working and using local companies because they are a great conversation starter and who else better to support than your neighbors! Creating beautiful impressive cocktails is a skill I’ve always wanted to possess. Now more than ever I’ve been…
