Wonder Woman

Today I’m showing you a modern twist one of my favorite super hero’s, wonder woman. I love strong powerful styles, that you can be comfortable in but still show a little skin. Being that red, blue and gold (in that combination) are not my colors of choice, I went for a monotone look that any woman can wear out! Lets take a look..  Vest: Sheinside, similar | Crop Top: Nordstrom | Denim: AG | Shoes: Vince Camuto | Bag: Rebecca Minkoff | Sunglasses: Kate Spade The shield belt is really why this outfit reminds me of wonder woman. Meow

Could you have guessed I’m a crazy cat lady? (Don’t answer that) Fact is that I love animals in general, but I have this super love for cats. How does this relate to fashion you ask? We’ll I’m now emotionally attached to my faux fur leopard coat. It’s such a fun look and it reminds of my furry babies that I love so dearly (totally laughing to myself right now because that sounds so insane Hahaha). Ok before you really think I’ve gone off the deep end, let’s take a look at this outfit.. Coat: Nasty Gal, similar | Turtleneck:…

Having fun with Valentines Day

What a strange holiday Valentines Day is. Being in a healthy relationship, it actually never meant to much to me. In fact, this year I’ll be in Miami without my Valentine. Personally, I see it as, if someone treats you great always and you always make time for each other, than Valentines day is just another day. I’m also obsessed with food and nothing bothers me more than reservations at a packed restaurant with a pre-set menu. How am I supposed to know what type of food or where I want to eat two weeks in advance?????? Anyway, what I…

Fashion Friday: Leopard

For a while leopard was trendy, then I feel as if it when from trendy to trashy (real quick) and NOW I’m obsessed. Sometimes I feel like certain trends need to go through a transformation before they’re really wearable for me personally. (Another great example of this is studs; fast forward and the Rockstud by Valentino is born) Anyway, I’ve been dying to find the perfect pair of leopard pumps. Since I haven’t found them yet, like any logical shopoholic, I did what came naturally to me and I’ve started adding other leopard pieces into my wardrobe. Exhibit A: this…

Combating Masculine Styles

I’m an impulsive person when it comes to shopping. Sometimes I just HAVE to have specific items, and these Chanel combat boots were one of them. Never mind how expensive or the fact that I got them before I ever had a pair of Louboutins, I HAD to have them and I’m happy I did. They make any outfit chic and are perfect for the winters in New York. For this look I styled them very casual. Let’s take a look.. Vest: Adrienne Landau | Sweater: Aqua, similar | Denim: Joie, similar | Boots, Bag and Sunglasses: Chanel I love…

Fashionably Embracing Winter

Winter is a beautiful time of year, I love looking(italic) at snow. I highly dislike the cold air, actually I can’t stand it. So I have to get creative on how to keep my outfit looking together, while staying as warm as possible. This Friday I went with a sweater dress and a fur vest. Let’s take a look..   Dress: H&M, similar | Vest: old, similar | Boots: Stewart Weitzman | Scarf: Charming Charlie’s | Bag: Rebecca Minkoff Warm, warm, warm. Fur vests faux or real are the perfect way to stay warm during the bitterly cold months. I paired my vest…
