Do you ever get sucked into a Pinterest black hole of interior inspiration? Yea, me too. I’ve been drooling over vintage green velvet couches as of recent. Which is why I was so excited to partner with Burrow. Not only are their couches chic like a vintage couch, they’re made in the USA. In addition, I was able to put my new couch together all by myself. Yes, you read that right! Plus, I wouldn’t miss an opportunity for a little redecorating!
It’s amazing how much a new couch can change a space. Especially when it’s a different style than your last couch. What’s so cool about Burrow is that you can customize your couch. The couch color, feet material, and how large or small your couch is, are all items you get to select to make your couch your own. Every couch also offers tufted or un-tufted pillows. Which is great for my indecisive Libra friends out there!
Although there are many pluses when purchasing a Burrow couch, I’ve yet to tell you my favorite part. Let’s recap first. Burrow couches are customizable, affordable, made in the USA and easy to put together. Got that? Well, my favorite part… drumroll, please… is the built-in USB charger. I think anyone who owns a cellphone and/or works on their laptop regularly can really appreciate this. No more pulling the plug out of the wall, waiting for your phone to charge in another room while you watch TV or reaching and searching to plug your phone in by a cumbersome couch. Can we agree this is #couchgoals?
Change can be scary in any aspect of your life. When I accepted this partnership I immediately started ordering new items for my living room. A new table, art for the walls (that hasn’t been hung up yet), and other various decor and tchotchkes. But getting rid of old things is hard, and it’s also not easy to choose items online for your home. Will the color be right, is the size right, where will this go etc are all things you have to think about.
So, as I don’t feel like any kind of expert in the home space, I’m not going to try and give any advice here. But, I’m happy to keep you updated as I add to this room! I really want a palm leaf plant, anyone know if the weather in Westchester can sustain one indoors?! Should I just get a fake one? I have so many questions! Ha! Will certainly keep you all in the loop and recommend items as I get and love them!
