Motivation Monday!

Inhale good shit, exhale bullshit! It’s Monday people – the best day of the week! Today is the day you stop telling yourself you can’t, or you’re too tired or it will take to long. Monday’s are the perfect day to work on achieving your goals. Think about the things you promised yourself you would do come the New Year, what have you done, what can you do more of? I mean let’s be real, I know some up you made some ridiculous gym goals along with me!

The important thing to remember is you’re the only one standing in your way. I will literally find any excuse not to go to the gym (the biggest one now is I’ll start next week, the worst I know). Sometimes I feel like I’ll never be someone who is and looks fit, so why bother? But those are just walls I put in front of me making it even harder for myself to achieve my goals. Stop telling yourself stories and putting up walls. Instead of thinking about going to the gym, just go. Don’t make a question of it anymore. Practice on putting yourself first.

This week I challenge you to get started on your goals. Revisit all the things you want to achieve, and start again. You’re the only one standing in your way!

    But there are so many good excuses in life! “I’ve gotta watch the grass grow, paint dry, etc”.

      Always! It definitely takes practice getting all the good excuses out of your head lol

        Honestly I rarely have any good ones, except for “I don’t have the money for this”. But I’m working on it.
