This is one of the many times I should take my own advice. For so many years I fought my passion. I’m very talented at drawing and painting, and overall very artistic. I’ve always thought I was “good” but not amazing or great, which is completely untrue. As I’ve gotten older I’ve realized that what I love is art or anything creative, it’s just who I am. With my blog I’ve been able to follow my passion. When you do what you love it shows, and it’s the best thing for you.
We don’t always make the right decisions or believe in ourselves, but this week I challenge you to start following your passions. If more people in the world did what they love, the world would be such an amazing place (excluding serial killers, you guys keep killing that passion; sorry I definitely watch too much Criminal Minds! Haha). Take the step to immerse yourself in what you love, and if you don’t know what you love, pay attention to what you’re drawn to and start there. At 24 years old I keep contemplating going back to school for design; you can do ANYTHING you put your mind to. So with me, this week let’s take on the world and run towards what we love.
XO,
Simone
I’m 27 and I still don’t know what I want to do. I have some education and also completed High school last year (That only took me 10 years to decide, almost!). So now I have loads of opportunities.
Opportunities are like trains, you just have to figure out what train is yours!

Haha very true and finding that train is definitely the hard part! Good luck to you! 🙂
I have fallen on sticking to my job, market her is bad and I have a permanent, well paid job.

That totally works! Honestly whatever pays the bills, it is what it is sometimes!
Exactly! So I’ll take it as it comes.
