If you’re anything like me, you’re ready for the warm Spring months. The sun on your face, the heat on your skin and a glass of rose at an NYC rooftop bar, you know all the good stuff!
Shopping for spring clothing should be just as fun as fall shopping, yet I’ve missed quite a few BBG workouts soooo…. haha! It can definitely be not as fun. If you’re in my boat, trust me, these Spring items are really going to get you in the spirit anyway! Flowy dresses and oversized blazer + shorts co-ords make the transition much easier.
Shop My Top 5 Spring Trends You’ll Be Seeing Everywhere:
Scarves
Tie them around your entire head, in your ponytail, around your neck, on your bag, around your wrist, use as a belt, bow them and knot them – scarves are the SS18 gift that keeps on giving.
Suits
In both pastels and bold colors, with shorts or pants. I’m personally dying to get my hands on a pink suit! (Yes, I said pink, no it’s not a typo!)
Pastels
I’m excited to tell you that one of this Spring’s colors is lavender. Yellow (my favorite color) is a close second runner-up. As much as I can appreciate the millennial pink trend, I haven’t worn much of it. Luckily, I still have a chance to try out this trend and so do you!
Check + Gingham Prints
Gingham was huge last SS and I’m so happy it’s back! Especially so because I bought way too many gingham items, luckily I’ll get to wear them again! Adding to this trend is the more traditional check print.
Bold Color
I love a good pop of bold color. If you’re not on board yet, get used to this trend because it carries over into Fall/Winter this year too.
