I realize how different and difficult this year has been. So doing a holiday gift guide has felt a little off for me.
In curating this ultimate holiday gift guide I wanted each gift to feel bougie and elevated, but not have that luxe price tag. So, every-single-item is under $50 and many items come in under $35. And at the bottom, you’ll find a ton of creative ways to get the most bang for your buck when it comes to making your own gift sets.
This year is a reminder that it’s not the gift, it’s the thought. So while I usually love to give more expensive gifts, this doesn’t mean that meaningful gifts aren’t just as grand. Make the card, write the note, DIY your wrapping paper (or grab a gift wrap your face for that matter!), and get something personalized or personalize it yourself.
Cliche as it sounds, it’s the thought that counts. And 2020 cannot take your kindness away from you.

Don’t be surprised that a lot of these home items are from Amazon a lot of them are in fact small businesses on Amazon! An inspiring book with a note goes a long way and makes a perfect display in any room.
Beauty
This is my favorite time of year for beauty gifts. I love gifting sets because it’s always a safe bet if you’re not exactly sure what they love. And you can’t go wrong with a new beauty tool either.

The Ultimate Holiday Gift Guide – DIY Gift Sets
For The Entertainer, New Home Owner, Kitchen lover
Get three gifts (~$15 each):
Go for the set of four cutting boards for $10, the set of three stainless steel cheese knives for $16, burlap ribbon for $2, grab three blocks of cheese for under $5 each from Trader Joe’s or your local food store. For a grand total of $43, each gift comes in just under $15. Throw in a small thoughtful note and use a hole puncher to attach it to the burlap ribbon!
Get four gifts (~$12.25 each):
