Louis Verdad is a 15-year fashion industry veteran who brought sophisticated street style to the table this year. I can tell you right now he can eat alone because his F/W 17′ collection is that good. Just about every item is totally wearable. Each piece exemplifies from runway to street. If you’re trying to curate an effortless style take note from this collection. My favorite items were the jackets and coats, each one was more effortless than the last. Take a look at the patent leather jacket above and try and tell me you don’t agree that it’s pure perfection.
Verdad might be best known for dressing Madonna for the 2003 MTV Video Music Awards (yes the one where Madonna and Britney kiss) but he’s come so far from there and this collection proves it. I highly recommend investing in at least a few of these pieces in the Fall, I know I will.
