Michael Costello NYFW F/W 2017 Collection
Michael Costello has become a name familiar to many partially due to his time on Project Runway. If you don’t know him from the reality TV Show then you definitely remember that sheer white lace number Beyoncé wore to the Grammy’s in 2014. To-die-for (find it here). Referred to as a prodigy (with good measure, he started a couture collection when he was 14 years old) Costello brought his A-game to the table for his F/W 2017 collection.
Sex appeal with just the right amount of romance is how I would sum up the collection. There was also a bit of western edge by way of hats and belts. Costello made each look distinctly it’s own by playing with to the floor fringe, sheer lace and metallic sequins. He clearly produces an item only worthy of the most prestigious events. That being said, the next time I’m invited to the Grammy’s you know I’m going for a Michael Costello gown. Yea, I know, I’ll keep dreaming..
