NYFW Recap: Irina Vitjaz F/W 2017

Irina Vitjaz NYFW F/W 2017 Collection

The Russian born Austrian fashion designer Irina Vitjaz certainly wowed this season with the best and the brightest dresses. The collection was a mix of looks that were either vibrant and airy or deep and serious. Think summer wedding vs. black tie event. Creating such a versatile collection is not easy to do yet Vitjaz was able to execute these very contrasting styles seamlessly. For me the, the yellow gown stole the show. I think I heard almost everyone gasp when the model walked out. My photos don’t do the beaded belt justice, but trust, it’s truly incredible. It is certainly a stunning piece that I wouldn’t be surprised to see on a Hollywood red carpet this Fall.
