I LOVE this. I’m definitely the type of person that talks a big game, but at the end of the day I would always pick up anyone up that has fallen. I don’t like seeing anyone suffer. I feel like, especially living in New York, near NYC, everyone is always judging (and grumpy for that matter). At the gym, on the streets, at work EVERYWHERE. It’s not your job to judge how I look, what I wear, how I get my work done. It’s your job as a human to be kind. To pick others up, help and teach instead of ridicule.
This Monday I challenge you to own up to the fact that we all judge each other (even just a little). And with that acceptance, to grow to get rid of these negative thoughts and judgements of others. Say good morning to that lady in the office with the bad teeth, or your professor at school who wears his shirts too tight. Let’s work on letting each other live.
XO,
Simone
In Norway we have a saying “Always clean in front of your own door!” or as I like to say it “wipe your own nose before you talk about others snot!”
